Sourcing
Supplier and Vendor Identification : We identify new suppliers based on their product range, infrastructure, financial status, man power, efficiency of management, technology orientation, working conditions, including its reputation, if they are old manufacturing companies. We continuously update our information on new products and manufacturers. Information pertaining to new varieties, fabric, accessories, new technology, including quota availability are also updated. Once our initial assessment is over we exchange information with our principals and make a combined decision in approving an identified vendor or a supplier.

Sampling
As per season's colors, fabric, latest trend, and client's specifications, samples are developed. The chosen samples are initially sent to clients for approval. By offering this crucial service, we assist our buyers marketing efforts in their own country by giving them an edge over others.

Quality Management: Order Execution and Quality Control
From sampling to shipment, orders are closely monitored. Status on sampling, production and shipment are transmitted to buyers regularly. We ensure timely deliveries by maintaining a pro-active approach towards identification of problem areas and corrective measures to remove the problems. Our quality monitoring system pertaining to production has four stages as given below :

• Pre Production Check (PPC) : Risks are reduced by checking material components, accessories, user manuals etc.
  
  
• Initial Production Check (IPC): Finished products are checked against buyer's specification and sample. If there are any deviations, they are corrected.
  
  
• During Production Check (DUPRO): Regular inspection is carried out during production. Initial discrepancies are rectified.
  
  
• Final Random Inspection (FIR): This is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. We perform this according to the International Inspection Standards. A sample is selected at random and all the buyer's specifications are checked which cover the criteria such as design / style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance,color, labeling, material, assortments, markings, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.

Status Reporting
The status report on all inspections during the production process is conveyed to the buyers regularly. Suitable course of action is taken to ensure goods are delivered in time. The consignment is allowed for shipment if only it is upto the buyers required standard.

Container Stuffing and Loading Supervision
During the loading, we make an identification of the goods so that only the inspected goods are being stuffed without getting mixed up with the un-inspected goods.

Documentation and Shipping Co-ordination
Shipping documents are checked as per the buyers instruction. To avoid any discrepancy, the copy of the documents are sent to the buyers in advance of the shipment.

Laboratory Testing
In order to ensure that we source only quality garments for our clients, we also have our in-house laboratory equipment to carry out laboratory services. Laboratory services include :

• Fabric : Construction particulars (constructions, counts, and weight), Measurement, Strength and Seam performance.
• Analysis : Flammability, Shrinkage to washing / dry cleaning, appearance after washing /dry cleaning, fibber analysis, etc.
• Color Fastness : Color fastness, Perspiration, Light, Bleaching, Dry cleaning, Organic Solvents, Hot pressing etc. Dyes & Pigment tests are also carried out.
• Garment : Dimensional stability to washing / dry cleaning, Appearance after washing / dry cleaning are tested.

Assists on Buyers visit
We source from various countries like India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka and from any other Asian Countries. We act as the extending hand of our clients. We welcome our buyers to our unit as well as to factories at any stage of the production process. We help them with and arrange their itinerary and accommodation on their visits. We also accompany our buyers on their buying visits, factory visits and inspection visits.
